This application is for condonation of delay in filing the review petition. The review petition is against an order of admission passed on 24th August 2017. This application has been taken out and the review petition has been filed by respondent company - Balmukund Chemicals Private Limited.

By an order dated 3rd May 2018 in company petition no.363 of 2016, respondent company has been ordered to be wound up. Therefore, this application is not maintainable. Even the question of reviewing the order, as prayed for in the review petition, also does not survive since the company has already been ordered to be wound up. Gauri Gaekwad
