Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel submits that pursuant to the order passed by Supreme Court dated 1st September, 2020 in Suo Moto Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 1 of 2020 with M.A. No. 725-796 in Civil Appeals Nos. 6328-6399 of 2015, it is necessary to make payment towards second installment AGR dues, for the year 2022. The learned counsel invited the attention of the Court to the order passed by this Court on 30th March, 2021, in Official Liquidator's Report No. 26 of 2021, for the preceding year. For the reasons assigned in the application, especially paragraph 11 of the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Official Liquidator also seeks permission to adjudicate the revised claim of the Department of Telecom.
