The tenements in question i.e. 601 and 603 are already handed over to the Petitioner society. The said fact is not disputed by the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, there is now no warrant to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
If the Petitioner society has any monetary claim against the Respondent No.4, it is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings for the BGP.
