Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Chamber Order is allowed and the Advocate for the Plaintiff is allowed to amend the Plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Advocate for the Defendants. The Defendants shall file their Written Statements within four weeks from the date of the service of the amended Plaint on them. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
