"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow present Applicant (Intervenor) to implead as Party Defendant No. 6 for Flat No. B801 in Suit (L) No. 1302 of 2015 along with Notice of Motion (L) No. 3476 of 2015 and to pass an order to allow Applicant / Intervenor as Defendant No. 6 to file Affidavit-in-Reply in Suit (L) No. 1302 of 2015 along with Notice of Motion (L) No. 3476 of 2015 and direct Plaintiff above named to make Applicant / Intervenor as Party Defendant No. 6 in Suit (L) No. 1302 of 2015 along with Notice of Motion (L) No. 3476 of 2015".

Amendment to be carried out by the Advocate for the Plaintiff within a period of one week from today.

Place Suit (L) No. 1302 of 2015 along with Notice of Motion (L) No. 3476 of 2015 on 10 th February, 2016.
