The counsel for defendant nos.1, 4 & 5 and counsel for defendant no.3 state that the plaintiff has not complied with the directions. Nobody is present for the plaintiff either. Therefore, the suit has got dismissed by the self operative order. Registry to transfer the papers to the old record section.
