By an order passed today in the Notice of Motion Nlo.488 of 2017 the above Writ Petition has been restored to file. By consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the above Writ Petition is taken up for admission.

The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the authorized officer. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has filed another Writ Petition being Writ Petition No.1345 of 2017 wherein various reliefs have been sought as regards the affairs of the Society in question.

(3) wpl-138.17 In our view, in view of the filing of the subsequent Petition, there is no warrant to keep the above Writ Petition pending. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. If the Petitioner is of the view that the relief sought in the above Writ Petition is required to be incorporated in the subsequent Writ Petition, the Petitioner would be at liberty to make an appropriate application by giving prior notice to the other side.
