The counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw Notice of Motion No.176 of 2010. Notice of Motion dismissed as withdrawn. From the record & proceedings, it appears that defendant nos. 1 & 3 both have filed the written statement. The counsel for the KJ

The counsel for the defendant no.1 states that he will provide photo copy of the written statement during the course of today. Nobody is present for defendant no.3. On or before 6.8.2016 parties to file their respective affidavit of documents and also complete discovery and inspection. On or before 12.8.2016 parties to exchange statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial.
