The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The parties entered into an Equipment Lease Agreement and an Advertising Agreement dated 30th July 2013 which provided for arbitration. Disputes arose between the parties under the lease agreement. By an order dated 21st November 2018 of this Court, Mr Vishal Talsania, learned Advocate of this Court, was appointed as the sole arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter. 2.

Before the arbitrator, the matter proceeded. The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of final hearing. The arbitral mandate ended on 23rd January 2020.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 30th August 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
