The counsel for the plaintiffs states that plaintiffs nos.1, 2 & 4 signed the consent terms yesterday i.e. on 22.3.2016 and as regards plaintiff no.3 they have received a letter from the plaintiff no.3, copy whereof is annexed to the consent terms expressing her consent. The counsel for the defendants states that defendants signed the consent terms today in their presence. The consent terms is also signed by the Advocate for the plaintiffs and Advocate for the defendants 2 & 3. Defendant no.1 has expired.
