We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the Chamber Summons as also on the Writ Petition. 2.

Having regard to the stand taken by the MHADA in Para No. 4 of the reply to the Petition and the fact that the draft Sale Deed and draft Lease Deed have also been prepared and stamped, we dispose of this Petition by directing the parties to execute the Sale Deed in respect of the tenement Nos. 1 to 6 as shown in the document filed along with Chamber Summons at page No. 22. With the aforesaid direction, the Petition as also the Chamber Summons stand disposed of.
