Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that the office objections could not be removed within the time prescribed as setout in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion and undertakes to remove all office objections within the reasonable time as may be granted by this court. Statement is accepted. 2.

The order dated 27th September, 2016 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master is quashed and set aside. Notice of Motion (L) No. 670 of 2016 is restored to file on the condition that all the office objections will be removed within six weeks from today. 3.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be
