The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendants state that defendant no.1 expired in 2001 and the plaintiff and defendant nos.2, 3 and 4 are the only legal heirs of defendant no.1. The Letter of Authority issued by defendant no.3 and defendant no.4 on 22nd July 2016 and 20th July 2016, respectively, authorizing defendant no.2 to sign the consent terms, are also taken on record and marked 'X-1' and 'X-2', respectively for identification. The undertakings given therein are accepted and so ordered.
