This Appeal under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act) challenges order dated 23rd August, 2013 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. By the impugned order, stay of recovery was extended pending the disposal of the appeal before the Tribunal.
