There is nothing on record to show any change in circumstances between 2008 and today for granting any relief as sought in the notice of motion.

Therefore, the notice of motion is dismissed. The defendants to file their written statement and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff within two weeks from today. After two weeks the suit will stand transferred to the list of undefended suits if the defendants do not file their written statement. Gauri Gaekwad
