with the procedural requirements, we condone the delay in filing this Notice of Motion and set aside the order dated 22nd September 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. 4.

Writ Petition (Lodging) No.2073 of 2015 is restored to file. 5.
