Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-Loop Mobile (India) Ltd. is in liquidation in view of the orders passed by the Company Court and the official liquidator has already been appointed. In view of this development, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings by impleading the necessary party.
