By the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the Public Interest Litigation Petition, being Mugdha

2 29-IA 327-24 in PIL 50-22.doc Public Interest Litigation No.50 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by the order dated 20th December 2023. We find the cause shown seeking restoration is sufficient. 3.

Hence, the present Interim Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

The order dated 20th December 2023 is hereby set aside and the Public Interest Litigation Petition is restored to its original file.

Public Interest Litigation No.50 of 2022 is stood over to 19th June 2024.
