Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)that the Plaintiffs be permitted to carry out amendments as per the Schedule annexed hereto in the papers and proceedings of the above matter, along with all necessary and consequential amendments therein";

Amendments to be carried out on or before 20-11-2015. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
