The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. On 5th December 2017, this Court appointed a sole arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties in regard to an agreement between them. The arbitrator entered upon the reference to his arbitration, and the matter then proceeded before him.

The petition is served. None for the Respondents. Before the arbitrator, pleadings are complete.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 1st March 2021 to enable the parties to conclude the arbitration.
