Learned counsel appearing for the applicants (original plaintiffs) states that the defendants as well as the respondents in this chamber summons are served. None of the respondents are present in Court when the matter was called out. No affidavit in reply has been filed.

By this chamber summons the applicants seek to amend the plaint and to bring the subsequent events on record transpired 1/2

10-chs106-16.doc during the pendency of the suit and to implead the respondents as the defendant nos.2 to 4, who are the alleged transferees of the part of the suit property. In my view, the respondents are necessary parties to the suit.

The chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the plaint shall be served upon all the defendants including the newly added parties within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.
