This Chamber Summons seeks impleadment of legal heirs of the deceased Defendant No.1. It appears that the chamber summons has been duly served on the legal heirs of the deceased, save and except Defendant No.1(b). The Plaintiffs has attempted service on two occasions, but the same could not be effected. The packet of service has come back with the remark "Left". The Plaintiff, in the premises, has taken out a companion Chamber Order, seeking substituted service. The Chamber Order is allowed by permitting substituted service.
