By these company petitions, the petitioners seek winding up of the respondent on the ground that the respondent is unable to pay its debts.

By a separate order passed by this Court in Company Petition No.195 of 2015, this Court has ordered winding up of the respondent company and has appointed the Official Liquidator. The facts of these company petitions are identical to Company Petition No.195 of 2015.

The petitioner in each of the winding up petition can file 2/3

their respective affidavit of claim before the Official Liquidator in Company Petition No.195 of 2015.

4.

Learned counsel undertake to file affidavit of service, if not filed within two weeks from today.

5.

In view of the fact that the petition was already advertised by one of the petitioner, the advertisement of the petition in the other persons is dispensed with.

6.

The aforesaid company petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

7.

The Official Liquidator to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
