The present Judges Order is sought in a guardianship petition. The Petitioner was appointed a guardian of three minors by an order dated 2 February 1996. The Applicant was one of them. Three fixed deposit receipts were kept in the name of the Applicant. The Applicant has now become a major and seeks delivery of the fixed deposit receipts. A certificate of balance issued by Account Officer, High Court, Bombay along with PAN card and Voter's Identity Card of the Applicant is submitted with the joint affidavit of the Petitioner and the Applicant in support of the Judges Order. The application is allowed. A separate Judges Order to that effect is signed.
