In any event, this Misc.Petition has been lodged in 1987 and the prayer sought is to direct respondent to give custody of a minor child Aiyesha to petitioner. In the petition it is stated that Aiyesha was born on 12.2.1981. By now, Aiyesha will be 37 years of age. Nothing remains in the petition.
