1] This chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased defendant No.11 who expired in 2014. Ms. Moily appearing for plaintiff - applicant states that a copy of this chamber summons has been served on the legal heirs of the deceased defendant No.11, quite sometime ago and undertakes to file affidavit

YBG 50-chs-252-17 of service within one week from today.

2] Though served, Ms. Moily states that no reply has been filed on behalf of legal heirs of deceased defendant No.1, who the plaintiff propose to implead in place of defendant No.11. 3] In the circumstances, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendments to be carried out within four weeks from today and amended plaint be served within four weeks thereafter.
