The prayers in the Writ Petition are as under : "(a) This Hon'ble court may be pleased to exercise its writ jurisdiction and pleased to call for the record and proceedings of the case and after perusing the same as to the legality, propriety and correctness thereof, this Hon'ble court may be further pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 17/07/2002 and passed by the respondent Nos. 3 & 2 respectively at Exhibits "A" and "B" hereto and be pleased to grant ration shop to the petitioner. (b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble court may be pleased to stay the operation or implementation of the orders dated 17/07/2002 and 08/10/2002 passed by the respondent Nos. 3 & 2 respectively at Exhibits "A" and "B" herein. (c) Ad-interim and interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b) above.
(d) for costs of this petition.

No ad-interim relief was granted to the petitioner at the time of admission of the Petition. The matter pertains to the year 2003. Due to passage of time, it appears that the Petition is rendered infructuous. Hence, the Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Rule to stand discharged.
