I have perused the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the notice of motion. Notice of Motion is filed for restoration of Writ Petition dismissed by an order dated 17th January 2019. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, order dated 17th January 2019
12-nmw-24.2019.doc passed by this Court is recalled. Writ Petition (L) No. 22 of 2019 is restored to file. Remove all office within three weeks from today, failing which Writ Petition (L) No. 22 of 2019 shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. If office objections are removed, the respondent will be permitted to file affidavit in reply within two weeks from the date of the petition being numbered with a copy to be served upon the applicant's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondent's advocate simultaneously.

Applicant shall inform the number of writ petition after removing of all office objections within two days from the date of the numbering of the petition to the respondent's advocate. After the petition is numbered, place the matter on board for admission on 8th August 2019.
