The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with. Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms is to be separately uploaded with today's date as Order No. 2.

Both the Notices of Motion are infructuous and are disposed of as such.
