Mr. Aithe, Company Prosecutor for Official Liquidator has no objection to the relief as sought in the application. Mr. Aithe states that applicant be directed to keep the office of the Official Liquidator informed at every stage or every step being taken by applicant under the provisions of SARFAESI Act.

Any steps being taken by applicant under the provisions of SARFAESI Act to be intimated to Official Liquidator atleast one week before the event.

In view of the above, application is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).
