ORDER

We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submitted that representation dated 18.04.2013 for allotment of shop premises in Government Hospital/premises in Mumbai District is still pending. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Charitable Trust registered under the provisions of Public Trust Act engaged in doing social activities for the physical disabled persons throughout State of Maharashtra, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition with direction to the respondents to consider the same as earlier as possible and preferably within 6 weeks by considering the 1/2
(22) WP 1634-14 Government Resolution dated 12.05.2015 in accordance with law. 2.
The petition is disposed of with liberty.
