The disputes between the parties covered by these two Arbitration Petitions have already been referred to arbitration by an order passed by this Court on 6 February 2015. As a result of this order, the Arbitrator has entered upon the reference. By consent of parties, their respective applications for interim reliefs, which are in the same terms as the present Arbitration Petitions, are kept for hearing before the Arbitrator on 25 March 2015. In that view of the matter, these Petitions do not survive. All the rights and contentions of parties in these Petitions are kept open, to be urged in the pending applications before the Arbitrator. The Petitions are disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
