DATE : 11 FEBRUARY 2020 P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant has approached under the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw these Appeals.

By an interim order dated 4 December 2013 granting stay against recovery conditions were imposed of deposit of 50% of the amount and an undertaking that if Appeals are dismissed, the Appellant will pay the balance amount.

The amount of 50% deposited is stated to be adjusted in the benefit extended under the scheme. As regards the undertaking, in view of the Scheme, the undertaking has become superfluous. Upon withdrawal of these Appeals, the undertaking will not be enforced against the Appellant.

The Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn, with above clarification.
