Nine times prior to today's date, this petition was listed and the same appearances have been shown on the board. On four occasions, the matter could not be taken up for want of time by this court. On 21st July, 2017, the matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner. On 4th August, 2017 and onwards, the petitioner and the advocate have remained absent. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
