Ms Joshi states that the packets sent to the Respondents have been returned unserved although service was attempted along with a copy of an order dated 8th November 2017 of KK Tated J. Her instructions are to state that the Respondents are very much available at the address given in the cause title in District Udaipura and Chittorgarh respectively in Rajasthan.

She seeks leave now to withdraw the present Notice No. 145 of 2016 and for a transfer of the decree dated 27th September 2012 for execution to the District and Sessions Court in District Udaipura, Rajasthan as against Respondent No. 1 and in District Chittorgarh, Rajasthan as against Respondent No. 2. 4th June 2018
