Perused the Report. Though, the order appointing the Court Receiver has been passed by this Court on 25-06-2014, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has not lodged the order with the Office of the Court Receiver. In view thereof, the Court Receiver has taken out the above Report seeking discharge in the matter. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner admits his mistake in not lodging the order with the office of the Court Receiver and states that the same is due to inadvertence on his part. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Petitioner is allowed to lodge the order with the office of the Court Receiver on or before 28-01-2015. The Petitioner shall pay ssp 1/2

crr 24 of 2015 (909).sxw costs of this Report on or before 28-01-2014. The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of.
