The Plaintiffs seek leave to have the original Will examined by the handwriting expert. No such Motion is necessary. The Plaintiffs, their Advocates and their experts are always at liberty to apply to the department on a praecipe for inspection.

Liberty to the Plaintiffs and their expert to inspect the original Will. The original Will is not to be taken out of the Court premises of the High court. The expert may take a photocopy from the department on payment of costs. He may also photograph the Will. Any such application on praecipe will be with notice to the Advocates for the Defendants.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
