This Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the 'Act') challenges the Arbitration Award dated 13th September, 2015. The impugned award dated 13th September 2015 award a sum of Rs.6,89,459/- with interest at 18% p.a. from 27th September, 2013 till payment. 2.
