This is the Plaintiff's Chamber Summons for amendment to correct the description as regards the constitution of the 1st Defendant. The original partnership firm has been dissolved and it is now a proprietary concern of one Suketu Mathuradas Majithia. 2.

In view of this, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a)(i) and (a)(ii) as also prayer clause (b). 4th March 2019
