After having heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner, all that we can direct is that if any application submitted by the Petitioner is pending, either seeking license or for renewal thereof, the Respondents should decide the same expeditiously. We order accordingly. Let that be decided and the decision communicated to the Petitioner within four weeks. 2.

Needless to clarify that the decision shall be taken on such application and containing a request as made in the writ petition, strictly in accordance with law and applicable rules.
