The dispute involved in this petition has been amicably settled in terms of the minutes of order dated 21st February 2022 which are tendered across the bar in Court today. They are taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. The Petitioner is personally present by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4 however submits that Respondent No. 4 not being a party to the settlement, Respondent No. 4 may not be bound by the direction to process the pension papers and release of the pension to the Petitioner etc., within a period of four weeks and she submits that the Respondent No. 4 would process the pension papers of the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The statement is accepted, it being reasonable.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of in terms of the minutes of order (marked document 'A') dated 21st February 2022, except for what is stated in paragraph 15, which shall be substituted by the above-referred submission made on behalf of Respondent No.
