The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the Appeal has become infructuous in view of the order of winding up passed by the learned Single Judge on 14th December, 2017. He submitted that in this Appeal, the Appellant has challenged the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 14th December, 2016 directing admission of the Company Petition.
