CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.916 OF 2018 Mr. Raheja states that there is already a probate petition pending and once the probate is granted, the same will be brought on record and the Court will consider the worth of the probate in this suit. Mr. Raheja states that without prejudice to plaintiffs' rights and contentions, chamber summons can be allowed.

Chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a) which reads as under : (a) The applicant be allowed to intervene in the above matter as party defendant to the suit.
