None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not keen in pursuing the review Petition. Even otherwise, there is delay of 73 days in filing the Review
2/2 RPL/5/2014 WITH NM56/2014 Petition and secondly after having perused the Petition, we are of the view that even otherwise no case is made out for reviewing our own order. Moreover, the order has been passed on merits and therefore if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it will have to approach the Apex Court. Review Petition is therefore dismissed.

Review Petition is accordingly disposed of. In view of disposal of Review Petition, Notice of Motion does not survive and it is accordingly disposed of.
