Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, since the petition is under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking interim reliefs during the pendency of an arbitration reference and the reference has since been terminated by the arbitral tribunal appointed to hear the same. In view of this termination, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press his petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with no order as to costs.
