Since the Arbitrator / Substitute Arbitrator appointed by the Petitioner ( original Respondent) failed to act and complete the arbitration proceedings in the last eleven years, this Court by its detailed order dated 19th December, 2014 after setting out the irresponsible conduct of the Petitioner and deprecating the same, appointed Mr. Sanjay Kothari, Advocate as sole Arbitrator to decide the claims of the Applicant arising out of the purchase order dated 27th April, 2000 within a period of four months from the date of the first meeting held by him with the parties and their Advocates.

The Petitioner (original Respondent) has now filed the above

Nitin 2 / 2 920-RP-18-2015 Review Petition seeking review of the order dated 19th December, 2014. I have perused the Review Petition and have heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In my view, no case for review is made out. The Review Petition is therefore dismissed.
