This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a witness summons to the competent officer whose designation is set out in the prayer clause (b)(i). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent would not have any objection for issuance of the witness summons to the competent officer as per prayer clause (b)(i).

Office is accordingly directed to issue a witness summons to the competent officer whose designation is set out in the prayer clause (b)(i) the details of whom would be furnished by the petitioner within two weeks from today.

The petitioner shall furnish to the office all the details of venue, date and time for the witness to remain present. 5.
