Learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition for the reason the 1st Petitioner has sought restructuring of its loan with reference to the guidelines issued by the RBI on 01.01.2019, but the proposal sent is sans any particulars where-from it can be gleaned that the proposal merits a consideration in terms of the policy. 2.

The Petitioner intends to submit a proper proposal to 2nd Respondent.
