Chamber Summons No.836 of 2015 is not listed today. The counsel

appearing for respondents in Chamber Summons No.815 of 2015 has no objection if this Chamber Summons is heard. The counsel further states that he has no objection if the Chamber Summons No.836 of 2015 is allowed.

2 In the circumstances, in lieu of concession made by Mr. Jariwala and for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support , Chamber Summons No.836 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

3 Applicant to amend cause-title in Chamber Summons No.815 of 2013 and Notice of Motion No.913 of 2013. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and the amended copy to be served upon the respondents on or before 30.10.2015. S.O. to 19.11.2015.
