After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and having perused the averments as made in the petition, we fnd that the prayers as made in the petition as also the averments made in the petition are too vague. On such infrmities, it may not be possible for us to adjudicate this petition and pass orders. We, accordingly, dispose of the petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to fle an appropriate petition.
